Premium t-shirt is a finer quality cotton, smoother, and more fitted and standard will be a rougher cotton and is more loose fitted and boxier.

Oddly Long and Thin
While the print quality was good, this shirt is extremely long and see-through. You know how undershirt tank tops just kinda get longer as you go up in size? Yeah, this is basically that. It's a shame, but it can be fixed by cutting and rehemming the shirt. I just don't expect to have to alter my clothes when I buy them. I would personally say to opt for a different style of shirt.
