For girls who love cute totes...
The two totes I had made for a couple of my besties as birthday gifts turned out wonderful! I've given one to the recipient already and I placed a couple of handy things in it for her to "tote", e.g. book, bookmark and a doxie cup. She loved it. I'll do something similar for the other one come April. I'm sure I'll be ordering more of these.

Yes, but…
I ordered six bags, and loved the fact that they had pockets on the outside, and a zipper. I was disappointed in the sewing. Some of the threads looked loose on the pockets. On all six bags. And in a perfect world, I would’ve had the straps, three or 4 inches longer. All in all, a really great bag

Love the bag!
The first bag I ordered was not good. The lettering was off and the side pockets were glued to the bottom which I didn’t notice right away. HOWEVER, I contacted customer service and they were awesome. They asked for a picture. Immediately they asked if I wanted another bag or refund. I loved the bag and thought I would try again. It arrived in a timely manner and IT WAS PERFECT. I would order again from the company based on their customer service. I believe my first bag was just a bad error and they made it right!

Perfect design
This bag is perfectly designed. I love the shallowness of the bag. It's not too shallow that you can't fit necessary items, but more importantly, it's not so deep that you have to dig and remove items to find what you're looking for. The light color is also really helpful, because it allows items to stand out when you look in the bag. If this were a dark color, it would be more difficult to see the items. The size is also perfect because it's easy to carry.
