I can't remember the last time I was this happy with an online purchase. First, the design was what I was looking for. Secondly, it was reasonably priced for a ZIPPER tote! (hard to find) Then, it was shipped right away. And finally -- I love it.

I ordered six bags, and loved the fact that they had pockets on the outside, and a zipper. I was disappointed in the sewing. Some of the threads looked loose on the pockets. On all six bags. And in a perfect world, I would’ve had the straps, three or 4 inches longer. All in all, a really great bag

This bag is just as shown on the site. It is an excellent size for my 10 year old granddaughter. Construction seems very sturdy. 100% satisfied.

The first bag I ordered was not good. The lettering was off and the side pockets were glued to the bottom which I didn’t notice right away. HOWEVER, I contacted customer service and they were awesome. They asked for a picture. Immediately they asked if I wanted another bag or refund. I loved the bag and thought I would try again. It arrived in a timely manner and IT WAS PERFECT. I would order again from the company based on their customer service. I believe my first bag was just a bad error and they made it right!

I ordered a tote bag simply because I like the scene on it. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality.

This bag is perfectly designed. I love the shallowness of the bag. It's not too shallow that you can't fit necessary items, but more importantly, it's not so deep that you have to dig and remove items to find what you're looking for. The light color is also really helpful, because it allows items to stand out when you look in the bag. If this were a dark color, it would be more difficult to see the items. The size is also perfect because it's easy to carry.

I bought the bag because I wanted a bag with the message on it (Ban the fascists, save the books). The bag itself is good enough for the price. It serves the purpose of a tote bag.
