Shipping confusion
I paid for expedited shipping to get this in time but it hadn't even shipped the day before it was supposed to arrive. When I contacted the company, they then informed me that they were out of stock - otherwise, I would not have even known. They asked if the order should be cancelled and I said yes because it was arriving much too late. The order shipped anyway and now I have a sweatshirt that I can't even use. It was very annoying.
