The service was great. The coffee mug is sub par. The lettering and print is off and the colors don’t look like the picture. Overall I am dissatisfied with the product. I had hoped to give it as a gift and unfortunately I am embarrassed to do so due to the quality.

My order arrived fine but in between ordering and receiving it I received an email that appeared to be from postal service saying the label had been destroyed and asked for my info. Or course I did not oblige but thought you should know.

The Supremes 15 oz Coffee Cup / Quality Disappoints

I am disappointed and here is why. The cups are meant to be gifts for friends. 1. I ordered 2 red cups. The red on the cups is more orange than red. It does not look at all like the "TRUE RED" that is in your color selection palette. I don't like the color in these 2 cups. If I'd known it was orange - ish, I would have ordered maroon. 2. On all of the cups, Justice Elena who is closest to the handle, appears faded somewhat. The half of her that is closest to the handle in not as dark as the rest of her. Did you run out of room? Was whatever your process was of applying the figures to the cups not working properly? Are these old cups that have been sitting in a warehouse somewhere? Did quality control not check bf you sent these mugs out? What happened?
