Quality is disappointing and cheap and fit is not at all a medium ....definitely low quality and not well made. Not at all like the pictures. I Wanted to give as a gift and will throw in the garbage as it would be an insult! Will never buy anything from this company again what a waste of my money!

Ordering was easy from the website. Once ordered, I could track my order from the website. The sweatshirt arrived relatively fast considering it was around the holidays. It seems to be a good quality sweatshirt and is sized right.

I ordered a hoodie online but messed up and ordered two if them. It was weekend so no one home. I emailed about the situation and a few hours later got an email back that the order was canceled and money refunded. I placed the order on the phone and acouple of days later, goy my hoodie. Fits great, looks great. I'm a happy camper.

Disclaimer, I like things that run bigger. I ordered a 2x which is normally my regular size, I can’t zip it up. I recommend ordering at least a size or two up. Quality otherwise is good.
